The owners of this rolling property in Fairfield County host numerous large events for family, friends, and colleagues.  They realized that they needed a space to more efficiently and effectively entertain the large crowds that showed up at their home.  ARC-Studios in conjunction with NJW Construction designed a party house for the owners that solved all of their needs.  The party house is a multi-level structure.  The main level contains and entertainment bar and kitchenette, fireplace and space for poker tables, pool table, and a media area for movies or sporting events.  A lower level contains a wine cellar, workout area, two bedrooms, bath, and kitchenette.  The structure is situated on the lot to be adjacent to an existing outdoor patio.  The bearing height to the entertainment space in the clerestory structure was raised to allow the owner's prize mounts to be displayed.

ARC Studios designed this three season room for the owner who required a space to help them enjoy their expansive back yard.  A new adjacent paver patio creates a nice space for entertaining or simple weekend relaxing.  The design helped liven up the generic stucco façade on the rear of the home.

ARC Studios matched the character and charm on this new detached garage with the colonial style of the existing home. The Owner needed the enclosed space for his vehicle, but also got additional space for storage and yard items.

This summer home was designed to be the owners retreat, nestled on Currituck Sound away from the hustle and bustle of urban life.  The home features an expansive Master suite with his and hers amenities, including spa tub, walk through shower, separate dressing rooms and closets.  Built to take advantage of the ocean breeze, the multi-story great room core is central to the guest friendly floor plan.  Guest rooms are private without being isolated, and enjoy all the intercostal waterway features this site has to offer.

ARC Studios worked with NJW Construction to renovate this clients existing Mater Bathroom to meet all of their needs. The bathroom was stripped down and reconfigured with new fixtures, ceramic tile, cabinetry, granite countertops and thresholds, and a new custom walk-in shower.
